1. Market yourself using online real estate platforms
Zillow, Redfin (to name a few) are great for publicity. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) states that 92% of homebuyers house-hunt online. Using online realtor platforms, like Zillow for instance gets more than 160 million visitors per month - that is a chance to expose yourself to thousands upon thousands of people who may not have had the opportunity otherwise.
2. Write a newsletter
Be creative! Show your professionalism and personality all at once using a newsletter. Highlight your new and current listings, discuss a home that was recently sold/ listed, along with it's challenges. Discuss the things that you've learned, as well as things that would help others. Make your title stand out! According to Outbound Engine, the subject line is the first thing potential clients will see, so use a strong subject line to capture the attention of your readers.
3. Master your elevator pitch

4. Use décor to set your listing apart
Find a staple style that is your own and use that as your signature! You know, the thing that let's everyone know that your name is on it, through photos. A signature color, style, or pattern. Maybe the way you position your furniture, or pictures. Find something that represents you that will ultimately set your listings apart.
