“We moved from on the water, acre and a half in Maryland and decided we wanted to live in the city and had been looking for about 2-3 mos. We were driving around and Envisage was pounding in a for sale sign. We went in with our realtor and it was everything we want – perfect – bought it that day.Working with them was excellent. We’ve been to a few closings over the years and have never been to a closing like they had, they were great, everything was all set, they wanted to use their settlement company. We went to their settlement company and it was like a party, DeeDee, Tyric, the realtor was all there. It was very easy, very smooth. We for sure would buy another home from Envisage.One thing to mention – We did a home inspection and when the inspector came in, for example, he opened up the electric panel, everything was perfect, labeled, wiring different colors, etc. The Inspector said when I see this, I know for the most part the rest of the work is going to be pretty good. Everything is solid.We had a leak where they did one of the drains, they came and fixed it immediately.We also had one of the wires where the cable came into the house and stretched through, must have been cut and the electrician came in and repaired it, he punched several holes in the walls, ran new wires and right after the walls were repaired and you can’t even tell.We very much enjoyed working with them. House is everything we wanted, they (Envisage) are on the right path.”
