Tyric Campbell graduated from Suitland High School for the Arts in Prince Georges County, Maryland and immediately knew that design was his passion. He honed his design skills and technique as retail merchandiser and manager for such companies as Gap Inc., Claiborne, and CVS Pharmacy. He evolved from dressing window displays and styling mannequins, to later on planning floor layouts and heading teams for multiple commercial remodels and new store openings throughout the DC metropolitan area.
Tyric’s flair for knowing “what the eye wants” acquired him the position of Interior Home Designer and Project Manager for Envisage Management Solutions Inc. Since then he has garnered the attention of successful real estate investors, agents, and homeowners in the local community and surrounding areas. As a partner of the company, he specializes and excels in creating interiors with trendsetting palettes and contemporary elegance.
Tyric is the oldest son of Dee Willard-Ruffin, owner of Envisage Management Solutions, Inc and proud to be an intimate part of the family business.
Tierra Willard was always an entrepreneur. While the other girls were busy picking out dresses and talking nonsense on the phone, Tierra got the approval to take her first job as “shampoo girl” at the local hair salon at the early age of 14. It was there she decided she would one day own her own business. She did not waste any time. Self-taught, Tierra later on made a name for herself, using the contacts she had acquired in the salon, styling and maintaining natural hair. She continued to grow in popularity even until after graduation, but she was not satisfied and wanted more.
Tierra was encouraged to become a Real Estate agent by her Mom and she was inspired by her moms success, so she took her advice. Tierra soon found that real estate, was a perfect fit. It was the perfect balance of marketing, negotiating, and personal interaction with the community. All of these things, being her strongest qualities redirected her entire focus from hair to houses. Since joining Keller Williams, Tierra has celebrated such accomplishments as leading the market in sale prices of multiple houses in Prince Georges County. She is now a member of the leading sales team in the Keller Williams company, and one of the team agents of Envisage Management Solutions.
The only daughter of CEO-Deitrice Willard Ruffin, and mother of one, Tierra still takes time to donate her time and charity, to the March of Dimes, a foundation close to her heart as her child was premature at birth and is now a healthy 6 year old boy. Keep an eye on this young woman, as she grows, so does her ambition.

Arnita was always interested in houses. From a very early age she was both intrigued and astounded by structures and living spaces of the world. After high school and college, she acquired a full time position within the government. However there was something missing. As a twin, she has always felt the need to help and provide for her fellow man, most of the time putting others before herself.
So to satisfy these desires, she became a part-time Real Estate Agent. For 10 years, Arnita balanced a full-time job with the Federal Government along with a part-time job in Real Estate, and still managed to be an active member of her family including siblings, cousins, friends, her husband and 2 children.
In early 2015, Arnita decided to leave her government position and pursue a full-time career in Real Estate. Since leaving the Federal Government, and joining the team of Envisage Management Solutions, she made “Top Ten” in her brokerage of 400 Keller Williams agents with over 5 million dollars in transaction volume for the year. Needless to say, this young woman has hit the ground running and keeps on accelerating. Not only is she topping charts in her brokerage, but she has provided the most inventory for Envisage Management Solutions in 2015 as well.
Arnita provides over 10 years of experience with a smile and personality that lights up a room. She absolutely loves what she does, and will be breaking records for years to come.
